1. Service
Tainery Postiz is a privately hosted social management tool based on the open-source Postiz project and is not an open-registration platform.
2. Accounts and authorization
Connect only social accounts you own or are legally authorized to administer. Grant or revoke permissions through official OAuth consent flows.
3. YouTube Terms of Service
By accessing or using the YouTube API Services features of Tainery Postiz, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own data handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Content responsibility
The person requesting publication remains responsible for rights to text, images and video, accuracy and compliance with laws and platform rules. Scheduling is not a copyright license.
5. Availability
Features depend on platform API policies, OAuth token validity and infrastructure availability. Uninterrupted operations or publication success are not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited activity
Account compromise, unauthorized access, spam, rights violations, illegal content and automation outside permitted platform rules are prohibited.
7. Privacy
Users must protect their account access and permission controls. Refer to the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion requests.
8. Amendments and law
These terms apply from 2026-10-18. Material revisions are posted here. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
